We are pleased to inform that PCHC has begun to enroll Treasury Users in PESONet to the PESONet MBS portal with Enhanced 2-Factor Authentication. 2. PESONet Participants that submitted their list of Treasury Users (Treasury Maker and Tresury Authorizer roles) in EXCEL file format on deadline date July 28, 2022 shall expect to receive the initial access credentials of their Treasury Users for use in the PESONet MBS portal within the week of August 1-5, 2022 (1st week of August). These credentials shall be sent by PCHC to the participant’s designated Liaison Officer. 3. Upon receipt of their respective initial access credentials, Treasury Users may start accessing the new PCHC portal https://portal.pchc.com.ph to set-up their One-Time PIN. Please refer to ANNEX A - Guide in Setting Up One Time PIN (OTP). 4. Treasury Users will be able to access the PESONet Front-End through the PCHC portal upon successfully setting up their One-Time PIN. 5. We are pleased to inform the successful launch on July 18, 2022 of the https://portal.pchc.com.ph for PESONet system with an Enhanced 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). 2. The establishment of a new portal not only deepens our commitment in strengthening security and access control measures in all of our electronic applications but at the same time complies with the mandate of BSP Circular 982. 3. As there is a cost to these additional security measures, PCHC shall assess an access fee of PESOS: THREE THOUSAND & 00/100 (PHP 3,000.00) for each user enrolled in PESONet. 4. This access fee shall be evaluated/assessed annualy and billed to the respective participants. 5. We will finalize the list of enrolled users in PCHC Portal for PESONet system which shall be the basis in charging the participants for the access fee beginning July 17, 2022. 6. 08 July 2022 TO : ALL PESONet PARTICIPANTS RE : NEW PORTAL FOR PESONet MBS WITH ENHANCED 2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION Strengthen security in access controls for electronic applications pursuant to BSP Circular 982 (RE: Enhanced Guidelines on Information Security Management), we wish to inform that the use of USB Port-based ST3 token devices shall be replaced with an enhanced 2-Factor Authentication (2-FA) strategy using Username and Password plus a One-Time-Pin (OTP). The 2-FA enhancement program of PCHC has been aligned with majority of participant banks' security policy that disable the Read and Write functions of computer terminal's USB port. Effective July 18, 2022 USB Port-based ST3 token devices shall no longer be used for authentication. As such, all end users of PESONet MBS application are hereby directed to access the new PCHC Application Portal on said date: Https://portal.pchc.com.ph Prior to its lunch on July 18, 2022, all PESONet MBS end-users are required to access the new PCHC Portal for PESONet MBS starting July 11 to 16, 2022 to prepare, test their respective access credentials (Login ID and Password) and configure preferred choice in retrieving the OTP code (e.g. via SMS, e-mail, mobile authentication application). All end-users shall be using the existing Login IDs in PESONet MBS in the new PCHC portal. The "Initial Passwords" of the accounts shall be communicated directly to the designated Bank's Liaison Officer for PESONet system.
