The PayGate System is an application framework that complements PESONet and allows End-To-End processing of payment requests made in favor of public and private institutions through online or mobile channels.

The PCHC Payment Gateway is for electronic payments to Government agencies and merchants; BIR payments have been enabled; other government entities and a number of private enterprises are in negotiations with PESONet member banks for availment of the PayGate facility. It implements a security model that ensures the integrity and security of all transactions being exchanged by participating banks. This is achieved by implementing a security model that encompasses every paradigm of security – both connection and application security are rigorously enforced.
