November 21, 2022 TO : ALL PDDTS EOD PARTICIPATING BANKS RE : REMINDERS FOR THE GO LIVE OF THE WEB-BASED PDDTS EOD MIGRATION 1. Please be reminded of today’s Go-live launch of the web based PDDTS EOD migration. 2. As part of this launch, the former PDDTS EOD environment will no longer be available and banks are expected to transmit their transactions via the new PDDTS EOD Front-End which is accessible via the URL https://pddtseod.pchc.com.ph. 3. After the 4:00pm cut-off, Citibank, as the Settlement Bank, shall begin to authorize the Net Settlement Results of the PDDTS EOD. 4. Once authorized, PCHC shall generate the corresponding Inward Files and Reports which may be downloaded by participating banks through the PDDTS EOD Front-End. 5. Included in the Inward Files and Reports is the PDDTS EOD Inward File (.INU), which will be generated using the same format as what was being downloaded under the former PDDTS EOD. 6. Please take note also that the new PDDTS EOD Front-End does not anymore make use of the Bank-to-Bank and Bank-to-PCHC checksums in either the Outward or Inward Files. 7. To preserve compatibility, PCHC shall continue to provide the checksums in the PDDTS EOD Inward File using the secret “111111” for all Bank-To-Bank and the Bank-To-PCHC checksums. 8. We advise banks to validate the said checksums and to update the configuration of their respective systems for use in the foregoing Bank-To-Bank and Bank-To-PCHC secret key. 9. November 16, 2022 T O : All PDDTS EOD Participating Banks/Institutions R E : GUIDELINES FOR THE GO LIVE OF THE WEB-BASED PDDTS EOD MIGRATION 1. We sincerely express our appreciation to the PDDTS EOD participants for their active participation in the PDDTS EOD UAT and also to those who have already submitted their duly accomplished Sign-Off Sheets. 2. With the participants show of readiness for this migration plan, please be informed that the new Web-Based PDDTS EOD Platform will Go Live on 21 November 2022. 3. The PDDTS EOD (UAT) environment will be simply migrated to PDDTS EOD (Production) Environment and will be accessible via the URL https://pddtseod.pchc.com.ph. 4. All users of the PDDTS EOD (UAT) have been migrated to the PDDTS EOD (Production) environment. Bank admins are requested to remove any test users from the PDDTS EOD (Production) environment. 5. Beginning 17 November 2022, PDDTS EOD participants are requested to log in to the PDDTS EOD (Production) environment to ensure that they have access to the system when PDDTS EOD goes live on 21 November 2022. 6. While the PDDTS EOD (Production) will be available for testing logins on 17 November 2022, transactions submitted to this system will not be processed nor form part of a participant’s net clearing results until the Go Live date on 21 November 2022. 7. On 21 November 2022, both the PDDTS EOD UAT and the current PDDTS EOD environment shall no longer be available to process PDDTS EOD transactions. 8. October 28, 2022 TO : ALL PDDTS Participating Banks/Institutions RE : "GO LIVE" MIGRATION OF PDDTS-END-OF-DAY (EOD) APPLICATION TO THE AWS CLOUD 1. We wish to confirm the November 11, 2022 "Go Live" date for the migration of PDDTS-EOD to the AWS Cloud as announced during the online briefing with the participants on October 3, 2022. 2. It may be recalled that aside from this migration to the new platform, we have enhanced the PDDTS EOD solution not only to support ISO20022 messaging standards but will also include an updated Front-end and Web Service API applications. 3. In view of the foregoing, participants are expected to complete all their respective test activities to ensure their readiness to process transactions during the cutover date. And as earlier requested, kindly accomplish the released PDDTS-EOD Sign-off form and send it back to PCHC on or before Friday, November 4, 2022. 4.
