R E : PARTICIPATION OF QUEEN CITY DEV’T BANK AND RURAL BANK OF DIGOS

1. We are pleased to announce the participation of the following banks:

1.1. Queen City Development Bank (Queen Bank); and

1.2. Rural Bank of Digos, Inc. (RBDI)

in the Phil. EFT System Operation Network (PESONet) ACH effective February 26, 2021 and March 01, 2021,

respectively.

2. Other important details of the new participant banks are as follows:

2.1. Queen Bank BRSTN: 01023-001-9 and BIC: QCDFPHM1XXX

2.2. RBDI BRSTN: 03151-001-9 and BIC: RUDIPHM1XXX

3. The foregoing banks have completed the User Acceptance Testing on the use of PESONet Web Service API and

submitted sign-offs after successfully completing heartbeat tests. As such, on effective date of their participation,

both banks will be receiving PESONet Transactions via API.

4. Please include the said banks in your respective PESONet participants’ directory and disseminate to your

respective branches/offices.
