R E : BRIEFING ON THE READINESS FOR PAYMENT APPLICATION SECURE V.6

1. PCHC wishes to thank all Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) for participating in the User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

conducted for the migration of Payment Application Secure Version 5 (PAS5) to of Payment Application Secure

Version 6 (PAS6).

2. The comments, inputs and suggestions received during the UAT period are well appreciated and indeed very

helpful in finalizing the PAS6 application specifications. We are happy to inform that PCHC has successfully

incorporated the necessary modifications to the PAS6 based on your feedback together with the suggestions

made by the Bureau of Customs during this activity.

3. The Bureau of Customs on the other hand submitted additional requests related to the transition of PAS5 to

PAS6.

4. As such and in order to accommodate these additional requests, an additional UAT cycle will be required

necessitating the need to move our cut over to a later date.

5. To brief AABs with the expectations and requirements of the 3rd Cycle UAT, PCHC will conduct a briefing via

WebEx on 31 May 2022 at 10:00am.

6. Please confirm your attendance by providing the names of and email addresses of your representatives to

Monet Paguirigan via e-mail at monetpaguirigan@pchc.com.ph no later than May 30, 2022.
